Oh thank you so much for doing that. I actually thought
of doing that myself.
That's how strongly I felt it was a Pyr. Looks so much
like my Chloe. She always
has some different looks about her. My favorite is the
curious look she gets when
her ears are forward and she's focused. I say all kinds
of words just to see that look! *lol*
Thanks again!

Thank you for contacting Pendleton Catalog.
The dog is a

Thanks for the posting of the Pry. sighting. I always enjoy
these posts. I was told once that the prys. can have two different
head types. One head type is more like the picture in the catalog
(goldens are usually not referred to as ponies) and the other, being the
more traditional round/square bear like head. The head type in the
catalog, (longer nose) has been breed more for the show dogs. My
pry also looks similar to the picture in the catalog. I had
question this about the head, when we first got her. I have also
wondered if this head type could be from some Akbash blood somewhere.
Annie was a rescue, so we were unable to trace her blood
lines. Karen Sigler www.BenjaminFarms.com

The online Pendleton Woolen Mills catalog has
a picture of a little girl putting a blanket over her Pyr with the caption
"The pony she's always wanted." Check out:
