Sorry to hear about Pico. My Collene also suffers from allergy related ear infections. The vet has recommended 1-2 Claritin (not the decongestant kind) for her allergies, and I use ear drops called Mometamax every couple of days. I also clean her ears out with canine liquid ear cleaner and sterile gauze every few days. This is all more of a prevention than a cure for an actual infection. Good luck!
