It looks like a Pyr to me also, but those English/British Creme Golden Retreivers like Oprah has have GOT to have some Pyr lineage.

The link below wasn't working when I tried to find the story. Try the one below. I have to agree with Laurie, the "before" photo shows the whitest "golden retriever" that I've ever seen. At the least she looks like a pyr mix.

I know I'm new to the breed, but when I saw this on TV last night this courageous girl sure looked like a Pyr-mix.  She's so bloody and matted it's hard to tell, and she's small, but especially in the "before" pic she looks just like Bacchus did when he was young.  In any event, no matter what breed or mix, this is an amazing story!
