My female pyr Dumping has had this in the past. It has flared up about 3 times over the past 4 years. She will be 11 next month. It cleared on its own the first time. The second time she was on antibiotics for a UTI which helped it clear. The vet actually did a needle aspirate that time to be sure it wasn’t cancer because it became about the size of a half a golf ball. I have an Rx dog shampoo for an allergy dog, and the vet told me to rub that on it for a few days. This did clear it right up and it hasn’t flared up since.
