Cnsorship (was Re: [WW] Hi Everyone)

Pardon my ignorance of the current state of political
correctness, but do we really need to censor ourselves
or use code words? I know that Gear Krieg decided to
use the iron cross instead of the swastika, but that
was a business decision based on the fact that they
couldn't sell their game in several European countries
if it depicted the swastika.

In an age of rampant historical revisionism, don't
code words just play into the hands of those who try
to make the case that the holocaust didn't happen? I'm
not Jewish, German, or any other ethnicity targeted by
the Nazi's, just someone who thinks that every time we
refuse to say Nazi we distance ourselves from the
atrocities.

End of censorship rant.

Personally I'm intrigued by the idea of a 'defeat the
nazis from within' campaign, and I find myself very
ignorant of the history of a Germany resistance
movement. World War II is one of the few historical
situations in which most people see a pretty clear
'good' and 'evil' and I would imagine most COs are
going to take advantage of that and run pretty typical
Allies vs. Axis campaigns. I'm anxious to hear about
more ways to find some grey in the otherwise black and
white conflict.
