You "hate to say it"? What, are you expecting violent disagreement? :)

However, while there's no doubt that Hitler and his agenda were evil, keep in
mind that the vast majority of German soldiers had no idea what was really going
on--they were fighting for their country as much as any other soldier. There's
plenty of room for heroes in a German campaign.
