That`s bullshit - but the first government(Adenauer) wanted the Third Reich never
to happen again and it had nothin` to do with rightists.
Most Nazi-Bastards were executed or punished with many years of prison(20 years was
no exception). And believe me, hading been a Nazi in WWII doesn`t fall under the
statute of limitation. Two weeks ago a ex-concentration camp-warden was punished
with 20 years - he was 89!
