[WW] MG's

Okay...so I'm looking at the -practical- ROF rates for various WW2 weapons,
and they're all over the map.

MP38MP40  100 rpm (3-400 theoretical)
MP42/StG44 100 rpm (500 theoretical)
MG34 300-700 rpm (?)
MG42 1300-1500 rpm

This is just a few of the German weapons, but the range is typical (well,
save for the MG42, but it was a terror, and rather common later). So, how is
all this being represented in the WW d20 system? I'm not sure that the
multi/autofire rules from SW put -quite- enough lead into the air...
