This was a WWII horror story printed years ago in
the British comic "2000AD". It told the story of a german soldier serving
on the Eastern front alongside a Romanian unit. The members of this unit were
very pale,seemed unharmed by gunfire and had an aversion to sunlight so no
prizes for guessing what they really were. However,towards the end of the war
Romania switches sides and joins the allies so the surviving Germans now find
themselves hunted by their former allies....
