Here are a few suggestions.  I'll send more as the inspiration strikes!

Eastern Front:  "Hell Freezes Over"
Pacific Front:  "Zero Hour"
African Front:  "Into the Frying Pan"
Air Combat:  "Deadstick" or "Final Approach"

And if you're looking for a title for the haunted B-17 adventure, how about "Memphis Hell"?  :)
