Yeah, I just apply a little backwards thinking.
Instead of "You got hit in the ***** for X points of damage. Figure out your 
wound level" you flip it around to "You took X points, and based on the 
relative positioning of the combatants, you probably got hit in the *****. 
Here's some gratuitous commentary." :)
