No you are correct.

However, I find it hard to picture a Resistance Fighter multi classing. Its
not like he is off to join the British or American armed forces. Maybe
prestige classing as an OSI Operative, but that's it.

As for the scout, clearly an over site. He should be able to pick up grunt
levels to demonstrate combat experience, and officer levels if offered a
commission just like grunts have.

Speaking of multiclassing, is it just me or is there no entry under the
