I have a few books that might be of general use, I will try to put a
bibliography together for the game and post it.

For maps the National Geographic Society do a CD collection of war maps.
Otherwise just copy one from a book.

The Osprey books http://www.osprey-publishing.co.uk/ are short and handy
guides. Highly recommended.

Tomahawk Films http://www.osprey-publishing.co.uk/ do a series of CDs that
might make useful soundtracks. Some of the pieces of music are ones you will
recognise.
