[WW] Challenge Ratings?

I was wondering how having a tank or an airplane would increase the
Challenge Rating (CR) of any enemy.  A group of GI's vs. a group of
Wehrmacht soldiers is going to be a lot different that that same group of
GI's vs. a Tiger tank (see Saving Private Ryan), an artillery piece, or even
a MG nest.  In D&D, they use Challenge Ratings and ECL's to state the
difficulty of an encounter with the monsters/enemies.  It makes sense to
give the players more XP for overcoming a heavier firepower than they have.
This would be something useful to see in terms of a table on the Pinnacle
website or even in a future book.
