[WW] NPC Book Update

No, I haven't decided to stop this insanity (yet).  I have completed the
first run of British and Commonwealth NPCs.  I will now be doing mroe
colating and sorting to try and ease my headache.

PS-I recently got the Land of the Rising Dead book.  Excellent job.  My
only complaint is the bestiary is a tad thin, and no OSI organizational
info was provided.  Ok, make that two complaints....>cue Spanish
