[WW] Autoloader ROF and more...

in refrence to my questions from last week regarding "double-tapping".
i took the ideas thrown about (i like the argument given about using a feat
for the tap just to keep game balance), and my own experiences and passed
this idea on to my players (who are currently lost in tunisia looking for an
italian scientist). flame mail anyone?

SNAP SHOT(General)
Semi Automatic weapons (such as the M1911a1 <government .45> or the Garand
rifle) have the advantage of a faster rate of fire over other loading types
(such as double action revolvers or bolt, pump or lever action rifles).
Unfortunetly the recoil from the weapon usually makes an additional shot
impossible at high fire speeds. A creature with "snap shot" is intimately
familiar with the actions of such weapons. You can choose one type of
weapon (rifle or pistol) and gain a second shot as part of a standard
action.

PREREQUISITES: Point Blank Shot, Str & Dex 15+.

BENEFITS: You gain a second shot at the same attack value as the first.
You mist make the decision to fire both shots before any dice rolls are made
(thus, if your first shot drops your target, you are still putting a second
shot down range at the same target-beating a dead horse as it were).

NORMAL: semi automatic weapons only have one attack as a standard action.

SPECIAL: You can take this feat twice (once for rifles and once for
pistols).

one of my players is also asking about "autotriggering" for shotguns? as a
spur of the moment i told him.
1. only if he has "rapid shot" feat
2. it will only permit an extra shot if he taks the "full round attack"
(thus gaining 3 shots instead of 2.
3. he must be standing and non-mobile and...
4. he suffers a -4 on all attack rolls (instead of the rapid shot 2) and if
he changes targets he suffers an additional -2 against the "new target".
all target's must be in the same arc of fire.

flame mail on this one?
ok, have a funny day all...

...the rich
"poor deluded creature. we caught him pilfering in our club, embezzling
funds, selling drugs. now he's dressing up like santa clause..."
-------------------> can you name this movie?
