[WW] Just finished blood on the rhine

Hi folks,

received today my copy of Blood on the Rhine. Awesome book, but if we use 
the setting we'll use the Savage Worlds rules. ;-)
Anyway, I was flipping through the last few pages, so I might have just not 
seen it.
But this medal table: it says something about bonuses and about rolling a 
D20 - but what do you have to roll for a character being awarded with a medal?
