Pinnacle's Weird Wars game is ready to go 'out of the
box' but the setting is quite high fantasy in style,
rather too rich for my taste. I want one werewolf at a
time not a whole regiment of them (this is an
egaggeration but not by much).

Buy it and tune it to fit. If you want D20 WW II this
is the way to go even for a straight WW II game it is
the book to buy (unles someone knows any better -
please?).

SJG do reprint GURPS books but generally only the more
popular ones. For the more specialised volumes you
might have to wait years and some don't get reprinted.
