[werewolf] aliasing

it occurs to me that the ability to change an alias *PRIOR* to the
game starting would be useful. That is, the ability to change your
alias without having to resign and re-join the game.

Something like :

werewolf alias 107 name password newalias

The command should be disallowed once the game is started.

I'd offer to write sample code but (a) my perl is rusty like a 1923
tractor, and (b) I don't have the sources to hack at (nor do I recall
seeing how to get the sources to hack at, but I'm sure that's a
different discussion *grin*).
