the bad guy faction need not outnumber the others.   It needs to 
EQUAL the others.   

else a game that got to 

	1 werewolf
	1 illusionist

would be a werewolf win, not a shared win.

Villagers only win if all of the bad guy factions (not including the
illusionist) are eliminated
