[BNW] Playing BNW

I see that a few people have picked up BNW at GenCon. 
I haven't seen the book at the store yet. Is it out yet?????

Most people have mentioned that they read part of it or read all of it. 

My question to all of you is: Have you played it yet? and if not, what are
some of the adventure ideas you have. 
I would like to pick it up as soon as I see it and possibly run something
right after....
