There are 10 power packages in the main book, 10 more in Ravaged Planet, and
there should be around 5 more in each supplement. You are bound to power
kits though. Each delta gets three tricks, so you can customize them a
little bit. There is a group of common tricks that any delta can have, and
each power package has several tricks to choose from as well.
