Anyway, back to BNW.  Another thing I was wondering, will there be new
powers for Deltas, or are they bound by the power "kits" (Scrapper,
Speedster, etc)?  I didn't get to pick up a copy of the Player's Guide,
so I was wondering if they were in there or not.
