[BNW] (MATT) How does a bargainer make a totem?

     I've scanned the rules but can't find the answer!
     
     What I have found:
     
     -- A bargainer starts with one totem.
     
     -- If lost, it takes a week and a Spirit roll of 30+ to replace it.
     
     -- It takes 3 days and a roll of 20+ to attune to one you have found.
     
     -- You can have up to one totem for each die of Spirit you have.
     
     
     BUT, how do you make them in the first place? Was this omitted 
     accidentally from the rules?
