Yep.  There's the biggest, spookiest part of it all: it
ain't the deltas in Delta Prime who are the real problem,
it's the regs in government who somehow control them.

It ain't the blasting deltas on the streets everyone should 
be worried about, it's the reg politicians who make policies
behind closed doors which hold America in an iron fist,
squeezing the life out of it until we are all nothing but
mindless pawns in their games.

And when it comes down to it, the fight will not be about
deltas versus deltas or about deltas versus regs:  it will be
about regs taking back what's theirs, about regs taking
back the dignity and self-control that's been lost for a
generation.  Can you not see it?  Can you not feel it?

Throw off your chains, regs, and the Defiance will help you.
