I'd say smarts, since this sort of thing is based more in what sort of
obscure tidbits of knowledge you can dredge up to help than copying the
actions of real experts.

I like them.  I was hesitant at first... after HoE they are far
simplified and the powers are less than most Superhero games, but after
trying it out I quite liked it.
