I thought so, but it's not clear in the description of Martial Arts.

As for the slow rate of fire, I was thinking of using speed load with a TN 
of 10 to reload/fire in one action. Anyone who used to see Ollie in action, 
or Conner (esp when he faced down The Key in JLA), or Yeoman from the WILD 
CARDS books, knows that a good archer can get
quite a few arrows down range quickly. Isn't this covered in DEADLANDS tho? 
Never used a bow in that system myself.
Also: try combining Archery with the Artillery and Demolitions skills, and 
have some fun.

I like that idea, gives the gunners a bit more, well...versitility. :)

I like. Fits what I had in mind very well.

And here's another bit that was tossed at my by my T-porter to be. He wants 
to take the "Entangle" trick and combo that with the "T-port other" trick 
and stick people in walls, floors, etc and trap them there instead of making 
them into a bloody mess. I like it, and thought I'd pass it along.
