Elijah Snow's powers look to be related to lowering room temperature.
However, like most of Ellis's characters not everything is revealed and they
have not been around as long as spiderman and the likes so we do not know
every nuance of his back ground.

So far it appears the powers are more subtle though. He can lower the
temperature of an area producing frost and ice instantly. So I am thinking
of something subtle as well. No beams of energy, nor most of the "Ice
Elementals" powers. Guess I'll try to come up with one myself after looking
into more issues and seeing what develops, or just creating something along
the lines of where I think Ellis is trying to go with the character concept.

The Ice Elementals are really meant from a different angle, I suspect...

Are the temperature abilities all ice-related, or are we talking about
general temperature manipulation?  Are we talkin' heat rays and ice
beams, or conductive temperature manipulation?  Cool tricks or freeze
the room?  SubZero or Mr. Freeze?  Dogs or Cats?  Living Together?
