I've always pictured EU as the name the press gives
them (like the mafia) and not neccesarily the name
they give themselves.  You won't find them in the
telephone book, nor will you find a central office
building somewhere called 'Evil Unlimited
Headquarters'.  Instead it is more of a secret
orginazation that uses other corporations as fronts
(like Microsoft), but even then no one knows what the
front organizations are either.  I doubt anyone would
have a business card that said 'Evil Unlimited' on it
(unless they were a faker with a low life expectancy).
 If someone was blackmailing you they wouldn't say
they worked for EU, but might claim allegiance to
another group or none at all.  Think of it as a Kaiser
Sosa type of thing (go watch Usual Suspects).  No one
really knows they are working for EU (unless you're
REALLY high up).

That's my take on it
