[BNW] An Idea

Well, I've only gotten the main book (and this is so far in left field
it will probably be invalidated by the first book I buy), but I have a
theory about the Bicentennial Battle. 1. Gadgets can only "bend the
theoretical laws of physics" not break them. 2. The bomb was created by
a gadgeter. 3. The effects of the bomb seem to have broken a primary
law of physics - Matter can neither be created or destroyed only
converted. 4. a seaming vacuum appeared in the wake of the bomb.

From this we can hypothesize that the city of Chicago was not actually
destroyed but perhaps transported somewhere out of the way... Like the
dark side of the moon, where perhaps King Jack had something ready to
hold the atmosphere in place... and perhaps they are still there waiting
for a some brave heroes to come rescue them.
