Just as an addendum to the comments above, if folks really feel this is a 
problem, might I suggest they have their players contact Matt Forbeck via 
e-mail (or phone him, if that works) and ask him which they should consider 
binding:  Matt's published comments on exact stats and ratios (assuming he 
ever does publish them), or what their Guide has ruled?

I suspect Matt's "official" answer to any such question they ask should be 
more than sufficient...
