ahh yes nulifiers I dont know if these are covered in detail in subsequet
books, but they are another thing that is mentioned nin the main bok but not
explained

Q1: what is the avliblity of power nulifing devices to DP teams

Q2: what is the portablity of said devices

Q3: if you are put in a cell for a normal crime ie. they dont know you are a
delta whats the chance its going to be super power proof

Q4: can you overcome or overload these fields with concentated use of power?
or multiple successes?
