ack!!! do you GM often steve? do you not get situations where your PCs try
to plan things out?

PC A: hmmm we need to get Jane out of prison!

PC B: but how??

PC A: how about I fly my power suit over, it wont be affected since its just
a suit

PC B: would that work GM?

GM: well you don't know yet

PC A: ok we will test it on the local DP head quarters

GM: (thinks hmm well it dosnt realy matter if they can get into there) ok it
works

PC A: great lets gogogogo!

GM: as you fly above the fortress your suit sputters and cuts ok you plunge
to your death in the icey sea

PC A: whaatattatataa?!?!?! but but but

GM: sorry I just dont want you getting in there all your plans will
automaticaly fair however well thought out they are

PC B: errm ok I blindly follow your plot and run away from any stormtroopers
that seem to be hearding me in any particular direction

GM: good

Of course you will say that the GM should never have let it work in the
police station, but GMs dont have crystal balls the origional poster
probably has a similar situation. hmm if I let them break into the police
station will I be opening pandoras box? it seems reasonable that they should
be able to though....

I say nope the nullifier devices shouldnt affect gadgettes since they are
not delta powers mearly machines. standard defences should be able to stop
powersuits
