[BNW] Bouncers



We always figured the mechanic was sloppy, so we let PC Bouncers jump 1" per
point of strength and bonus (ex: 3d+3= 6") plus 1" per success on an
Acrobatics roll. Simulates the Hyper leaping since they can hop twice as far
as a normal person (.5" per point of strength, and regs don't have bonuses).
My Bouncer is a Martial Artist with a 2pt Gear (telescoping staff:  18" out
to 6', 8" blades can pop out both ends, AV20, Durability 5, Str+5 dmg); yes
its spiffy, but that's why its Gear.
