[BNW] Site Updates

Well folks I haven't added a whole lot more content... but I've changed the
way the site looks..

note: this document is in pdf format and you'll need to download a version
of adobe acrobat reader to view it. Also this document is fairly large (the
zip is 1.6mb and the pdf is 2.4mb)
