If anything I think it is a little TOO powerful. Think about two average
Joes in a boxing ring. They both have 2d6 str. 
1 punches 2, and hits the body, rolling 2d6 damage and gets a 5 (55.6%
chance). That's 1 wound. 2 passes his stun check.
2 punches 1, and misses (for convience)
They go back and forth a little and 1 finally hits 2 again and does
another 5 pts. of damage. This drops 2.
So with two successful hits 1 has dropped 2 and taken him out with
injuries that will take him at least 2 days to heal. From a couple
punches. This seems a little extreme to me.

Now the situation gets even more whacked with deltas. A speedster is going
to have a hard time hurting a tough or a scrapper. That's just the way it
is. Speedsters aren't HtH fiends.
