sounds good ... let me guess the next step ... as more and more Deltas and
some Betas show up, you will add Epsilons (Yes ... I have a Math Degree)
similar to Joker's in Wild Cards ... ie, extremely limited or useless powers
... Ive been playing with this idea for my campaign ...
