Ok, I'm sure it can be done.  But I wasn't talking about just running 
BC with DND rules--I meant changing the entire tone of the game.

Which I suppose you could still do, if you wanted.  But you make BC 
any less grim, I think, and you wouldn't be playing BC anymore.

Just IMO.
