FW: [BNW] Need a quick answer



<How would a kevlar vest effect being hit by a stun baton? 
I would think that the extra thickness would block the arc, but I don't 
honestly know for sure if the stuff inside the vest is conductive or not. 

Also, what do you think the odds of someone hitting a guy with a stun 
baton in the chest noticing that he's got a vest on? In a fairly calm 
situation (non-combat)?
