[BNW] Crescent City in the UK

Hi guys

I've had a quick look through Crescent City and it's pretty cool. The 
power packages are a bit of a mixed bag, Aquarians, stretch and 
Lazerus are both nice solid packages and the timetripper looks 
interesting but a bit of a nightmare to actually use in a game unless 
everyone can agree on what happened in which turn.
Th ratmaster is a bit redundant (it seems like a more limited, urban 
version of the Jungler with out all the powers) and the paralyser 
looks okay, but I would't want to play one.

There's a lot more info about the Bicentennial Battle (which is nice) 
and some  stuff about New Alcatraz too.

The rest of the book seems to be a similar to San Angelo or Bay City, 
mainly short descriptions of the different districts of the city, 
along with their associated NPCs.

All in all pretty good, although I really only picked it up for the 
Power Packages as I'm probably never going to run a canon BnW 
campaign unless it s a WW2 one.
