I have to say I was less impressed with Crescent City then everyone else.
It's mainly the small inconsistenies in all the books that are starting to
wear on me. For example There is a Nation wide curfew, except in C-squared.
Which happens to be the main battleground between the Defiance and Delta
Prime. It seems to me that of all places, Crescent City should be under a
more restrictive curfew. And there are other ones that bother me. I can
under stand some of the details getting lost in the meta plot. But it seems
to me that the setting is inconsistent. Or at least it is to me. How are you
guys handling Martial Law? I've been running it as a watered down Soviet
Union kind of atomosphere. Anyway I feel that Crescent City is the weakest
of all the books so far. But I don't regret buying it, I just wish it was
better.
