I was just wondering how the Paralyzer's ability works. If it shuts down the
body's functioning, it stands to reason the it would disrupt the body's
ability to produce energy, or the adrenaline needed for super strength,etc.
Unless BNW powers are supposed to be psionic in nature?!
I don't have access to either of these packages yet, so i'm just guessing
here. :)
