Well as I understand it even psionic powers require
concious thought to active them. As I understand it,
and I might be wrong since I don't have CC yet, the
Paralyzer lives only a persons involuntary systems,
such as cardiovascular and respitory systems,
functioning. No concious actions means no powers
regardless.
