Oh, I'm not forgetting them - I'm deliberately not using them.  My campaign
differs in many ways from BNW canon, and one of those is a reduction in the
government's tolerance of independant deltas.  Although, I admit I'm thinking
about this one.

Anyway, the _real_ reason is that I dislike juggling multiple NPCs, or
introducing NPCs that don't serve a function or show up the PCs.  I've got two
regs and four delta NPCs in this adventure, plus the NPC member of the DP team,
plus their supervisor, plus cameo appearances by Charge and a couple of other DP
members.  Adding delta security forces would make my head explode.
