Just picked this up, and I'm looking at the powers now.  A few things don't make
sense to me, so I thought I'd pick the brains of the list.

1.  Bombers.  When a bomber voluntarily explodes a body part, it regenerates.
Do parts pulped by attacks (and thus exploding) also grow back?  Does that
include head and torso?
If so, that makes the Lazarus package useless.  You can't kill a Bomber either
(unless you do something tricky), they return to action faster, and they get to
put the boot in on the way down.  I'm certainly ruling that pulped limbs/parts
don't regenerate - or rather, that damaged limbs regenerate in the same state
they were when they exploded.  If your limb is pulped, it doesn't reform; if
your torso or head was pulped, you stay dead and the remaining limbs don't
reform.

I'm also wondering what happens when a Bomber's entire body blows up.  Where do
they regenerate?  The site of the explosion, their home, somewhere random?  I've
vaguely thinking of having some sort of 'heartstone' or organ that doesn't
explode, around which the body reforms; the bomber's teammates can pick this up
and take it somewhere safe.

2.  Changelings.  If the changeling impersonates someone of another Size, does
their actual Size rating change?  What if they're impersonating a Goliath?  I
mean, it has to change for the impersonation to work, but the rules say that
powers aren't copied.

3.  Phasers.  Apparently, you can only make simple tasks while phased - no
attacks or dodges.  But the Phase Foe trick requires you to attack a foe (and
get an additional success).  How can you attack them when you can't make
attacks?  Unless you attack when unphased - in which case, the target becomes
intanglible, and you instantly lose your grip on them, the power ceases to work,
and they become solid again - making the trick useless.

I'm already pretty sure as to how I'm going to deal with these questions, but
I'm curious as to what the official answer is, as well as what other GMs think.
