Yes, the head grows back, but the only damage healed would be the damage

done by the explosion.  Say, for example, that you shoot a Bomber in the

head.  The head then blows up.  It reforms from the explosion, but it's

still got that nasty bullet hole in it >>

How bout this, the the PC bomber has an action held, or has yet to use his, 
why not explode the body part before it is actually hit.  Require him/her to 
make one or more extra successes
