[BNW] Snuffers & Vampires [MATT]

Here's a question that came up in my game this week that I thought I'd pass 
along:
What happens when a Snuffer attempts to snuff a Vampire? Does the vampire 
temporally become "human" again, or do they just loose access to their 
vamperic abilities? If the vampire is in one of it's other forms, does it 
revert to human? I can see the bat escaping, getting about three stories up, 
then hit with the snuff: "AUUUUGGGHHH!!! SPLAT" And would a WereBear/Shark 
be reverted to human form?

Side question for Matt: If BNW or Crossroads are not picked up and are no 
longer published, will you tell us on the list the game "secrets" of where 
the Alphas and Chicago have gone, where Delta's really come from, etc?
