I would say they can snuff them to normal (although they'd still look like
vampires) but that the snuff roll should be treated like he's trying to
snuff an alpha. Vampires have a lot of powers and their powers are not
your typical Delta fare, they are more alien and arcane than the snuffer
is normally up against.
