[BNW] Minuteman BNW character

Hi I have a heroic character for BNW named Minuteman, Now can any of you
guess what this hero looks like?. He is a patroic delta but he is
unreqistered, Which means he on DP's hit list dispght the fact that he risks
his life over the ideas and beliefs. I sould point out he isn't a memeber of
the difiance ether, All though he created and appeared on the night of
Patriot's death.

The funny thing is that DP consider him a member but even Truth has tried to
point that fact, All she has also tried recurting him as well.
