Will DP want your guy?  Pardon my French but HELL yes.  They want ALL deltas
registered.  Its the law, and they are the "man."  And I don't mean the
being the man in the modern "... you da man,"  I mean the Man, of 50's and
60's slang referring to the government/poliece/black suited white shirted
MAN!

All deltas are required to register.  If you are an unregistered Delta your
a defiant to DP even if you do not actively participate in the Defiance.
